Furnishings Warehouse’s Return Policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from FurnishingsWarehouse.com. If you do need to return a product, please note the following to begin the return process.

Return Requirements

You may return most eligible items up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Ineligible items include items returned damaged or in used condition (excluding manufacturing defects or reported shipping damage). Returned items are inspected at our warehouse immediately upon receipt.

Items received with shipping damage

If your item arrives damaged please refuse the item from the carrier or contact us within 48 hours to report shipping damage.

To report shipping damage, please call us at 800-484-9638. When calling, select the returns department to verify return eligibility and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Our returns department is available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Refund Options

You may choose between a full refund, in store credit or a refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping costs). Taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Please allow up to 10 days from refund for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Mattress Return Policy

Every mattress comes with a 100-Night Free Trial. Try your new mattress for up to 100 nights, and if you’re not in love, call us at (800)484-9638 or contact us here to arrange a free return. You can return or exchange a mattress once per order.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

You have until January 31 to return items purchased between November 1 and December 31.

Packaging Returns

Products should be returned in their original packaging as much as possible. Outside the box, write your Return Authorization number and your return address. Inside, include a copy of your original receipt with updated contact information as well as the reason for the return.  We recommend that you choose a shipping method that is trackable.
