How do I file a warranty claim for my mattress?
If you experience a problem with your mattress which you feel is covered by our Mattress Warranty contact us at 800-484-9638 or send an email to email@example.com to obtain warranty service. All claims must include the original bill of sale, the product serial number, and be filed within the applicable warranty period.
Where can I find product dimensions?
Product dimensions will be on the full product page below the image where “SPECIFICATIONS” are listed. If specifications are missing for a product, or you have further questions, please utilize the text chat function on our website or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please check your junk or spam email folders. If you have still not received the email, contact us at 800-484-9638 or send an email to email@example.com.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. You will receive an email confirming your purchase that contains your order number. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a second email allowing you to track your order. You may also login to your account on our website at any time to track your order.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is confirmed and processed, every order has our guaranteed 3-5 day standard shipping. Orders may take longer to arrive due to inclement weather.
My order has not arrived.
