Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. You will receive an email confirming your purchase that contains your order number. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a second email allowing you to track your order.  You may also login to your account on our website at any time to track your order.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, every order has our guaranteed 3-5 day standard shipping. Orders may take longer to arrive due to inclement weather.

My order has not arrived.

Please check your shipping confirmation email and login to your account on our website to see the status of your order. If it has been more than 1 week, you may call us at 800-484-9638 or send an email to describing the situation. Please include your name and your order number and we will be happy to help you.

I received an incomplete/damaged order.

Please call us at 800-484-9638 within 48 hours to report shipping damage or an incomplete order. You may learn more about our return policy here.
